About Me No
Hello, my name’s Susan. Just a second to say, thank you for taking the time to read my profile, I hope it helps. If you have any questions please get in touch, I am here to help.
I support clients with anxiety and depression, bereavement and loss, difficulties from low self-esteem, loneliness and isolation and everything in between.
I support clients to comprehend how it feels to have to overcome really hard things. What it feels like to have to manage difficult relationships, deal with loss, navigate major life changes, and cope with overwhelming day to day stress. I can relate to the pain and frustration and understand how hard it is to do these things alone.
My aim is to help you feel less alone. To support you in discovering your strength and your happiness. To begin to feel more fulfilled in your relationships. Working together to increase your confidence, and ability to successfully cope with life, your relationships and yourself.
Whatever your age, gender, sexual identity or background is, it’s my aim that you will feel welcome and listened to.
