About Me No
Hello, my name’s Susan. Just a second to say, thank you for taking the time to read my profile, I hope it helps. If you have any questions please get in touch, I am here to help.
I support people that may feel they are struggling with anxiety, depression, bereavement or loss, self-esteem issues, loneliness or isolation or just a general overall feeling of unhappiness with themselves and life.
I can work with you to comprehend how it feels to overcome really hard things or decisions. How it may feel to manage difficult relationships or have really hard conversations. To look at how to deal with loss, navigate major life changes, or cope with overwhelming stress. If you want to relate the pain and frustrations to life traumas and understand how hard it can be to do these things alone.
My aim is to help you feel hopeful. To support you in discovering your strengths and develop a new sense of happiness. To begin to feel more fulfilled in your relationships. To discover new coping techniques and ability to communicate more effectively with an aim to increase your confidence, and ability to cope with life, relationships and to be comfortable and happy within yourself.
Whatever your age, gender, identity or background is, it’s my aim that you will feel welcome and truly listened to.
