Individual Therapy Yes
One to one sessions where you can discuss whatever thoughts, feelings or issues you feel are causing you the most distress. These are your sessions and are supported by me as your therapist. Exploration may include consideration of the past as well as future aspirations.
You may wish to discuss regrets, difficult life events or life decisions, or you may prefer more practical approaches and coping strategies for specific issues.
We can look at ways of communicating or specific techniques for managing the things that you may find most difficult.
Individual counselling provides the safe environment to work matters or decisions through without having to take action and then the ability to look towards moving forward with personal growth and development.
There are no set number of sessions. Six to eight are recommended, however, this is what ever is suitable for you. There are no tie ins for sessions, so if you want them once a week, fortnight or month that is completely okay.
