I just wanted to reassure you that just because my room is temporarily closed doesn’t mean you can’t access therapy.
Initially if you felt a little unsure please be assured that you can still contact me for telephone sessions where you can talk freely and in a confidential manner and it’s the next best thing to being right here in the room with me.
Telephone therapy can be incredibly effective, positive and convenient. From the comfort of your own relaxed environment (be that a room, your car or outside space) saving you time, money and effort, with the added discretion of just being on the phone.
No technical issues of internet connections or the distraction of seeing yourself on screen. It may feel a little different initially but after that first ‘hello’ the nervousness will disappear.
Even after lockdown and thinking ahead, telephone therapy may be the way that you want to access therapy. No traveling, saving you time and money.
Telephone therapy is NOT the poor relative of traditional face to face therapy. Research has shown it to be just as effective, supportive and positive in its results.
If you still feel unsure about it but would want to know more just get in touch with me either by email or text and I will be more than happy to help in any way that I can.
